Directions to Green Tree Farm

From I-205
Take the Park Place Exit (Exit 10), between Oregon City and Gladstone, and head up the hill (sort of south and east) on Hwy 213. At the top of the hill, 3 miles from I-205, turn left at the light. At 7 miles from the intersection, turn left on Lower Highland Road. Go 4.6 miles on Lower Highland to where Fellows Road takes off to the left. We are only another 200 yards up Fellows on the right. Enter at the first set of double gates.
From Estacada

Turn right on to Lower Highland Road. Go 0.4 miles to Fellows Road. Turn right on to Fellows Road and you will find our farm another 200 yards up Fellows on the right. Directions for Truckers
Truckers should not come to the farm unless they have received a loading time from Green Tree Farm. We do not have a large parking area so it is not convenient for you to wait at the farm. Call in advance and set up a loading time so that you are not inconvenienced. We have an outhouse at the property and usually have instant coffee. There are no other facilities.
Our landing area has a pull-through design. Our roads are graveled and have had many over-the-road trucks on them without problems. Loading vans usually takes 1.5 to 3.5 hours, depending upon how complicated your load is and how long we have been working that day. Flats take 3 to 4.5 hours once they are ready to load.
If you are driving a flat bed, you will need to have steel sides or to provide a top grade 2x4 for each stake pocket (at least every 2 feet), enough plywood to build a wall 4 feet high along both sides of your trailer, and at least 5 feet of rope for every 2x4. That seems like a lot of rope but it is absolutely essential. You will need to build your sides before we can begin to load you. We do not have material to build sides at the farm. There is a Home Depot at Exit 10 and I-205. Buy your stuff before you get to us.
IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ.
Clackamas County law requires a permit for all trucks over 60 feet long. The permit must be in your possession before you enter the County road system. You are legal as long as you are on the federal or state highway system or inside the city limits of a town. But outside those areas you need a permit.
If you do not have a permit, there is a procedure where Green Tree Farm can set up approved directions to our farm and then issue you the permit when you get to our farm. Please do not think that the directions on this web site are approved or official for this purpose. They are not, at least not currently.
You must have a faxed or original copy of our official directions in your possession before you enter a county road and you must follow those directions to get to us. If you have any questions, please contact your dispatcher.
