Welcome to Green Tree Farm!
Green Tree Farm is a 50-acre Christmas tree farm in Clackamas County,
Oregon, the capital of Christmas tree production in the United States. Located midway between the cities of Molalla, Estacada and Oregon City, it is just 30 miles from downtown Portland.
We have been growing Douglas-fir, noble fir and grand fir Christmas trees for over 25 years. We harvest between 2,000 to 8,000 trees per year, depending upon what is ready for harvest. The bulk of our production is between 5 and 9 feet tall but we have smaller and bigger trees than that. Most of our wholesale trees are sold to retailers and to small to medium-sized brokers. Our typical customer orders 400 to 1500 trees each year so we are used to providing personalized service. We also sell to buyers who want smaller or larger amounts, of course.
After the wholesale harvest is mostly over, we sell trees U-cut to our neighbors near and far. We are usually open for three weekends in December. Check out our Christmas Newsletter to see this year's U-cut dates and prices.
